Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position works a 40-hour work week, driving established routes to pick donated clothing and household items from their valued customers’ homes and their designated charity donations bins – and deliver all these items to their Corporate Partners and storage facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities
Complete all pickups, including household, drop bins, and other notable picks ups. You Conduct daily unloads at our corporate partners and fill & empty trucks in and out of storage facilities. Meet daily pickup and drop-off quotas Drive in a safe, courteous, and cautious manner when operating company trucks Depict a professional and positive image to our corporate partners, the public, and co-workers Produce and maintain outstanding and precise records of Maintenance for the truck as required by standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
An authentic full driver’s license and a clean driving record
Able to drive a 16-feet long,3-ton, automatic cube truck
Complete up to 120 pickups daily, fill and unpack up to 50 lbs. for every load.
Steady is required to stand, crawl, kneel, walk, stoop, or crouch; use fingers and hands to handle and feel tools, objects, or control and occasionally climb steps and balance.
Available on days, evenings, and weekends to work 10-hour shifts
Must pass a criminal background check
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Good vocal and written English proficiency
